Z-Health Performance solutions Dynamic Joint Mobility will help you learn the ABC’s of painless movement.
Body weight, Resistance Bands, Kettlebells and Free Weights will let you use those ABC’s to restore strength and function
During the group classes, an expert instructor guides students through safe, efficient exercises as members work on cardio conditioning, muscle tone, and range of motion.
The 12 Week Foundation Restoration Class keeps members accountable and engaged with fun, functional group classes and nutrition and lifestyle counseling. Each challenge begins with a mandatory Get Started Meeting on the start date at 12 p.m. and runs Mon-Fri 930am -1030 am
