use a band that is challenging, but not difficult, it should make your trunk tighten up, but not be the focus of the movement

press one knee into the floor at all times

slowly raise the other leg as high as possible without bending the knee

keep the toes pulled up toward the shin and keep pushing away through your heels as you complete each rep

reset after each set of 3-5 reps

complete 3-5 sets
