Remember to squeeze the towel/ball etc between your knees tightly throughout the movements

Bend your knees if you need to, but only when you need to reach your toes on the walk out

Keep hands on ground until your feet are comfortably under you, then lower your hips until you feel the weight shift to your heels and you can stand up without your hands

Use a 2x6 or rolled up towel to raise your toes, or heels for the progression

Perform 3 reps with feet flat, 3 with heels up, 3 with toes up

Remember to re-assess your toe touch and your multi-size font chart after each set of 3
