These classes are for anyone who wants to learn the method of street defense created by Bruce Lee, then further developed by his best friend and training partner, Dan Inosanto. Sifu James Neidlinger has constructed a program that will help you find your way to your Jeet Kune Do while learning the classic Jun Fan curriculum, and the advances that have made JKD an art sought after by people from around the world. Learn to safely flow through the 5 ranges of combat and develop your ability to shut down your opponents and come out of an encounter safe. Fun, functional training methods using equipment will help you tone your body, tune your mind, and find your path to your own JKD.

Jeet Kune Do/Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu Trapping

Jeet Kune Do and Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu approach a physical confrontation as a series of ranges. Starting from long range, with weapons and kicks, to punching, trapping, the clinch and finally the ground. This class focuses on the trapping range, where JKD shines most brightly. Using proven drills and training methods you will quickly develop the ability to rapidly and effectively shut down an attack & mount your counter offense with devastating effectiveness. Learn the Lee Jun Fan Gung Fu and JKD trapping method from a qualified expert with more than 20 years experience coaching and practicing the arts.

Grappling from the Jeet Kune Do perspective. This class blends Nippon & Brazilian Jujitsu, Dumog, Catch Wrestling and other arts to form a full spectrum offensive and defensive system for working in the grappling range. Bruce Lee recognized that many fights could easily end up on the ground, and sought out the best arts available to solve that problem. Drawing on his teachings, and the teachings of Dan Inosanto, and many others, this class will give you simple skills that will allow you to stay safe long enough to transition to better options.
