This is a 1 hour mobility class. Use targeted mobility drills, vision, and balance exercises to tune up your nervous system, supercharge your energy levels and get your whole body ready for the rest of the day, no matter what is in store. Move joint by joint through your body in a flow style class that will help unlock sticky parts, build strength, flexibility and coordination, improve your balance and visual skills, and just feel great!

Flexible Steel International Indian Clubs, plus gada and mace, kettlebells and bodyweight conditioning exercises make this a fantastic class for anyone. Learn to move your body with skill, grace and power, and develop your grip, core and full body strength with fun, functional exercises drawn from traditional exercises performed by wrestlers and warriors, combined with Kettlebell sport lifts and Z-health targeted mobility work to torch fat, build lean functional muscle, and start everyday stronger, faster, feeling great!

Private training can now be booked easily online through the SquareUp service. Sessions can be scheduled in 15 minute increments as low as 1$ per minute (members only pricing, for membership options see the Membership page, it's only 50$ a year and saves you a ton of cash, as well as gives you access to members only videos and tutorials, special pricing on seminars, private training, and downloads.
